Skydiving!!!! Games coming out. Other happenings.

My best friend will be jumping out of a plane in three months for Autism. And she needs your help to make it happen. If you could donate and/or share this: www.justgiving.com/fundraising… she'd be forever grateful. 

I was going to join her too as I too am on the Autistic Spectrum, but I don't know what day she'll be doing it, plus I'd have to sign up and pay £70 to get involved. Plus, I'm on respite that month for a week. :/  

I will say I am proud of her but also a little worried, since I just want her to be safe. I've known JJ for nearly a year now and both of us get on like ...well great friends. If it weren't for her, I wouldn't have had my chance on getting to experience what it's like to record in a studio. :')

So yes, please do what you can. Spread the word, donate. Wish her good luck.  


So...other things, life's pretty hectic and stuff lately, possibly moving out of the place soon. Not sure when. I'm off to Morocco in May for two weeks. Bloody hell!  I've never really been out of Europe so this'll be new and a real experience for me. Still in hopes that I will land something soon in acting and/or voiceovers. I actually got an email from Bang Zoon Entertainment saying they have forwarded my voice samples to the studio. EEEEEE!!! WHO knows? Still a jobless bum, being turned down because these managers choose those that were more "suitable" than me...twice this has happened in two pubs. Know what I think? (Nitpicky, personally) They like the more attractive types, not a nerdy woman in her late 20s that looks 19 and is too over confident! Pfft! Lame excuse still. 

Other than that...so many games are coming out soon, now I've a PS4, I am dying to get my hands on'em. I've gotten quite a few games since November, so my collection's going swimmingly. I've really gotten into the Uncharted series and they've been great fun, it's like the male equivalent to Tomb Raider, plus Nathan Drake friggin cracks me up! I've also gotten into The Last of Us. THANK god these games were re-released to the next console. Naughty Dog's work's always been remarkable and The Last of US is no doubt one of the best things I've played in years. The story is moving, beautiful and holy crap, I've never cried so much playing a game. I'm super excited even more now because a sequel may be coming out soon! SO YAY! AND WHOO AND YAY!  

I also got into Unravel and it's a beautiful game with gorgeous graphics, music and to me, it's like a children's novel come to life without words or voices if it were an animation. Much like The Snowman. I recommend this game, it's lovely and a real gem! There's just something about the realistic feel and innocence of the main protagonist. I really hope they make a sequel. 

I bought Overwatch ages ago before Christmas, tbh, the hype and everything's a little overrated and all and it's pretty much your typical shooter, but when you're online playing with friends with headset, it's more fun. I kinda wanna see Left 4 Dead on this console already! 

Also I have Until Dawn, a survival horror where you choose who gets to live and who gets to die. It's like an interactive horror movie with all the jump-scares, cliches, dialogue and all you could expect from a horror flick, especially involving teenagers and cabins. Hahaa! BUT I LOVE IT! It's addictive, really keeps you on the edge of your seat and god DAMN, it's got practically a little reference to every horror movie you can think of! 

Other games I'm really looking forward to are: 

South Park: The Fractured But Whole - For those who have guessed, I am a MASSIVE fan of South Park. I have loved the show since I was 10 (shocking I know xD) and I really enjoyed The Stick of Truth. I got some great laughs and on seeing the trailer and things during E3 last year, I gotta say, I am PSYCHED! I'm gonna try and pre-order it if I can so I can play Stick of Truth on my PS4, but we'll see. I only just got my money sorted for my holiday. BUT I'm sure I can get a hold of this in time. I also love that it's focused on the kids in their superhero alter ego uniforms! EEEEEE!!!! MORE AWESOME! Holy shit! I wanna play this now! Just as long as I'm not gonna be slightly disturbed as I was playing Stick of Truth...I mean...wow! I hope the controls aren't as painful as some were in it's procedure, because I had a hard time tackling some of the tricks. Which leads me to another question, does the PS4 keyboard work as controls too? Because last time I played SoT on Steam, I couldn't nail the tricks again after a few plays, so I stuck to my keyboard on my laptop. So yeah, if anyone can give me pointers on that, I'd be grateful! ^_^

Sonic Mania - Well, I had no idea I was going to be hyped for another Sonic game in a while. BUT! When I attended SoS last summer, I got in line to give this baby a go and...holy crap! I think this is the Sonic game we've all been waiting for in a very very long time! It looks beautiful, I HOPE they have no shitty cheesy dialogue like the other games and...EEEEEE!!! THE SPRITES! THE BACKGROUNDS! THE COLOURS! THE MUSIC! OMFG!!!!! All I can really say is...HURRY UP, SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!!!!

Crash Bandicoot: The N.Sane Trilogy - I think most of you who know me by know saw THIS one coming before I mentioned it. Well, of course! First off, thank the lord Crash hasn't been forgotten! When that silhouette came up on E3, audience all smiling ear to ear and everything!!! Bam! First we had Crash appearing in Skylanders along with Dr Cortex followed by mention of a remaster of the orignal trilogy being released on PS4! THIS gave me the chance to get me a PS4 finally -being a long time Crash fan since day 1- and I DID promise myself that whenever Crash came back, I would get me a PS4. Well as the months passed and Skylanders' new game and figurines have been selling like hotcakes, WE finally got a trailer for the remake and...


Oh..my...god...HOLYCRAPOHMYGODOHMYGODOHMYGODOHMYGOD!!!!            

THIS is how you do a remake, the graphics, the realistic feel...ooh my god...I am not leaving this game out of my collection when it comes out!!! They even showed the opening cutscene of the first game and the difference...oohh man...        ALL THIS! IT'S TOO MUCH!!! IWANTIWANTIWANTIWANT!!! I    WANT IT!!!! ALSO DID I MENTION THE FECKING VOICE ACTING UPGRADE! MEGA SWOOOOOOO- okay, I'm done with this one now hahaa!!!! But...just one more...   

Yooka-Laylee - Not only is this going to be an amazing procedure to Banjo-Kazooie (One of my all time favorite video games) complete with people who've worked on Rareware, BUT I have a feeling that this is going to be the ultimate feel good game of the year. I'm really excited because me and my friends and many other lovely people HELPED to make this project happen! Not with petitions, but with all the pledges and love we spread. Big round of applause to all of us. I was kinda snobby at first thinking "Oh...Banjo-Kazooie clone", but then I saw it was a Kickstarter project and I had a change of heart and decided to support and donate my little pledge! I'm really sad for those who have a Wii U are bummed becaused the release for that is cancelled. My advice is to email Playtonic Games and ask for a change on Steam or whatever you have. Overall! BRING ON YOOKA-LAYLEE!        

So yeah, don't know how many of you are after these games, still a few I need to pick up already! D'AAAGGGH! BUT if you do have a PS4 don't forget to add me on PSN: KawaiiSteffu. 

I do know that a lot of my friends like DCLeadbootRogerregorroger and the likes are getting their hands on Sonic Mania! Looks like more Dissected Material and parodies awaiting hahaa! >:3
